Hi Alain,

The current ULE definition does work fine for broadcast traffic (DVB-S)
with no low level security.
With security features, Key replacement needs at least an additionnal two
bits field to dynamicaly shift from a key to another.
In case of multi source traffic, the packet Reassembly function needs a
source identifier and if QoS is provided a QoS flag.
