Thank you for the new drafts, which from my point of view need this time
more (deep) study about a real comparison between MPE and the propose
method: not only the problem of overhead and adding lengh field and type
field. Let's go deeper and try together to work on problems of jitter/
lantency between the two methods ( MPE and the proposed), let's think
about improving the proposal with may simulation tools. We need also to
think about security
