The official archive of the ip-dvb is now available via the web at:

This contains copies of all emails sent via the list and is indexed
by date and thread.

Some people may be surprised to see how short this is. This is because
a high perecentage of the email sent on this topic was sent "off the 
list", and were directed to me personally. I would liek to encourage
more discussion using the ip-dvb list.

Perhaps now is a useful time to review the threads of dicsussion and 
offer comments on some of the issues, or perhaps highlight areas you 
think need further discussion?
